My life is over. My doctor is phoning the CMHT to send me to an eating disorder unit.

Wait and see what the MHT say. If you do go, your life is not over hun.
If you do have to go, then they are only doing it for your life hun. I would prefer you stay alive and spend a little while there compared to the alternatives.
