New here, but not to Anxiety

Hello all. I just stumbled upon this forum by accident and decided to join.
I have struggled with most forms of anxiety for more than half of my life.
I am also going through a hellish benzo taper after almost 30yrs of as-prescribed use.
I am current giving an SSRI a whirl to get some of the anxiety under control.
