Seasonal depression

Hi all I was wondering how many people get seasonal depression and how bad. My anxiety gets worse, Iam more tired and more restless around sunset. It stinks cuase in spring and summer I was under say I am anxiety free but it's a dramatic difference.

Me. Not having sunny days makes a huge difference to me.

i also suffer from seasonal depression! I'm Worse in the winter, i wont go out due to lack
of motivation, Iv hardly slept and eat etc since the times gone back and it more cold it sucks :'(

I believe seasonal depression is a thoughts or memories that can't be forgotten because it happened in a certain season. Maybe you can't move on from a certain event or past. I suggest move on and forgive yourself or someone .
