Hello everyone my name jasmine
I'm 22 years old and suffer from depression and anxiety!, My depression is at it worse right now due to seasonal depression where i wont eat and i cant sleep and i haven't got the motivation to do anything :'(
i was so happy when i found this forum and hoping to learn alot and talk to people who understand me 100%
