Blind fear

Hi, does anyone ever get eye symptoms. I have very bad vision in low lit rooms. It is worth noting that u have astigmatism which was diagnosed recently. Also sometimes, it just feels like my vision is deteriorating. For example, I will read the wrong line in a paragraph, in a dark room I will pick up the wrong shirt and it just sometimes feels like my vision just doesn't seem right. The optician just said astigmatism is minor and that there is no major eye problem there so I hope I'm imagining it. Does anyone have similar issues, it's hard to distinguish whether this is health anxiety or a real issue for me. I do have a history of the former

So your vision is worse in badly lit or dark rooms???

Yes, like seemingly worse than before, like il pick up a shirt that's not the shirt I thought it was when the room is dark. Also, the other weird symptoms like migraines and a feeling if a deterioration in vision. I'm not sure if I'm overfocusing but sometimes weird stuff does happen randomly.
