Hi everyone. I'm Adam. I' ve suffered with server Anxiety since I was 15 I'm now 27, so over 10 years of suffering, also had a few battles with depression. My Anxiety has limited me in my life and is stopping me from moving forward. Often I feel alone in how I'm feeling. I have viewed the forum for a few years now and not made an account due to not really being outspoken about my anxiety and Depression but need some advice with some new medication I've been after reading the forum and seeing what works for people on here. That medication is Pregabalin, had a realy good feeling about this medication so managed to get my doctor to put me on it.

Anyway Thanks for all the threads I've read with advice to help me on my journey through life.
