Burning in Right Breast

I have burning in my right breast. Does anyone experience this?
I am of course afraid it is my heart.
I am hoping it is related to the tension and pain in my upper back.

I have experienced this a few times, when I wear a bra that is uncomfortable and when my shoulder aches. It sometimes happens when I get my period too. Try not to worry too much. Bloody anxiety it makes us always think the worst! big hugs

Whatever it is, it's not likely to be your heart, heart problems don't present like that. I get these feelings of a burning sensation sometimes too, not sure what causes it, just the body trying out sensations, like itching maybe or the twitches that happen sometimes. It's hard not to think it's something serious though, try not to worry too much, we all know what it's like when you have something like this.
