Cold water in head

Does anyone get the feelings as if someone is pouring cold water inside your head?Its just at one side and top

Its really freaking me out , im so worried

Its a scary sensation but have fullness in ear and hot head on that same side ,the coldness is intermittant

I totally know the feeling you are talking about. For me it kinda is like chills on my head. My ear is also totally clogged. I think that it is all related. I think the feeling is coming from nerves in the head, and it is caused by allergies. The best thing you can do is accept it has to do with the fullness of your ear, and try not to let panic set in...

I have exactly the same symptom. It has been terrifying me. It can happen in any spot on my head and like you say, it feels like cold running water. It's over in seconds but can happen anytime.
I've had it for years now. I don't have really bad headaches or anything so i presume it's anxiety although the lack of people saying they also have it on here is making me freak a little.
