Feeling like heart is missing beats? Scared!

Since Friday night I keep getting what feels like my heart missing a beat followed by a huge thud that I can feel. It has been happening probably 2-3 times per hour. My chest and upper back have been hurting but not constantly and I've felt a bit dizzy. I've worried myself so much about it that I feel sick and can't eat! I'm under a bit of stress with my Grandad being unwell and one thing and another.
Should I book a doctors appointment in the morning? Has anyone else had anything similar? x
