Hello!
I'm here to learn about and get support for my pretty serious health anxiety. I've had anxiety all my life, social and GAD, but the health anxiety is rather new and tends to send me to the doctor at least once a winter for absolutely nothing. It drives my partner up the wall when I tell them "okay but what if I'm dying NOW?" Ridiculous really, especially when I'm 22 with no family history of heart disease but try telling my anxiety that lol! I was also diagnosed with IBS last year and it's an ongoing struggle. It's nice to see similar stories here to relate to.
