Down the rabbit hole

So earlier this morning I was just scrolling through Facebook like I typically would, and I come across a story about an 8 year old girl who suffered a brain aneurysm.

Aneurysm have never been a trigger for me. But seeing that poor baby in the hospital made me think of my own girl. So I go and do the worst thing and Google the symptoms. Now I'm sure every time me, my husband, or our daughter gets a migraine I'm going to go into full panic mode and assume the worst.


Ugh, so fed up with this HA bullsh*t.

What help are you getting for your HA?

I was on buspirone for a while. I stopped taking it as I really did feel like I was getting better. I was planning my wedding and honeymoon and frankly was too busy to be anxious. Now that everything has settled down, I think it's time to go back on the meds..

You don't have to take medication - there are other options as well

I've tried the therapy but it didn't do much for me
