Blood when I wipe

Hi everyone!

Two weeks ago. After I went for a poo, I’ve noticed some blood on some tissue paper. It was only a little splotch and it was only when I wiped. Not in the stool itself. After that until today it wasn’t happening. But today the same thing happend. It was only a splotch. And not in the stool. My bum is a little bit itcthy tbh so it could be a tear. But I don’t know. I’m scared it’s colon cancer or something. Can anyone tell me if they’ve experienced this before. I’m only 19 to be fair but I’m still scared Thanks
