Bach Rock Rose

Hi,
Was just wondering if anyone has tried Bach's Rock Rose?

Have used Rescue Remedy for years on and off but read that Rock Rose is good for Acute Fear, Panic Attacks and Anxiety.

Have to say I have tried it over the past 2 weeks and seems to take the edge of things and has now become part of my Emergency Kit

Would be interesting to see if anyone has else tried?

I wont go anywhere without my rescue spray.
But I will definitely give Bach Rock Rose a try.

I bought some rock rose yesterday.
The assistant told me it was good for helping with feelings of terror.
I had a couple of drops and it tasted almost the same as rescue remedy.
Im wondering if anyone else has tried it and is it any better than rescue remedy?

It could taste the same because they're all disoved in alcohol, so could be what you're tasting rather than the Rock Rose (haven't a clue if that has a taste of it's own or not).

Haven't personally tried it on its own just the rescue remedy which contains it (Rock Rose. Impatiens. Clematis, Star of Bethlehem, Cherry Plum in a grape alcohol solution).
