Brain Zap?

When I was drifting off to sleep early this morning I felt this zap electrical sensation in my head. It woke me up and after that I couldn't sleep. I'd feel myself nod off wake up every few minutes. I fall back asleep until 6:30. Was this a brain zap? I think I had brain zaps last year when I stopped taking Zoloft but I'm not on any medication.

Can't say anything specific, but I get these sometimes when I'm about to sleep. Nothing you can do but ignore it. I guess if it's common; go to the doctor - but if it just happens once or twice a week I wouldn't do anything.
