Morning diarreah

I keep getting a fright with my diarreah. I get all that gurgling , wind, acidic feeling and then wham it just all comes out. I then try to study for blood and it’s flu. Me head in. I’m scared to ask for more tests. Dora’s anyone else with ibs-d suffer this way? Please do chat to me if you can relate?

yes, xmas morning was a nightmare for me, had diarreah, but I get IBS anyway, I felt awful really anxious, which is ridiculous really, I was only going to my parents house! I can't fathom it out, what is wrong with me?!

Same here. I had lots of tests. Just had a normal colonoscopy, waiting to hear back on if its a microscopic issue, which will be fixed w some antibiotics and Imodium.
No blood in stool, normal bloods - you're looking at either microscopic colitus, IBS, food allergy, or stress-induced.
