Just wondering whether any has experienced this one, basically sometimes when I'm laid in bed it almost feels as though the bed is on an angle or tilted? Very strange! Definitely happens more during an anxiety peak .

Hey there,
I get this a lot too especially when I’m having a worry moment. I think it’s to do with the adrenaline rush your head goes through and how it can knock off your sense of balance/positioning. Definitely not something to worry about, maybe your bed is actually slightly tilted without you realising and your anxiety is creating the sensation that it is more than it is? Just a thought.
Peace and love
Yes, I get it. Always thought it was my ears. But I guess Unicorn could be right.

Good morning, both.
Thanks for the replies! Always good to hear it’s not a unique symptom I have a bad habit of getting the spirit level out and triumphantly telling my partner that the floor is slightly off, I may be measuring the bed tonight! One of the joys of old houses with sloping floors.
Hope you have good days!
