I'm 25 years old and have been suffering with panic attacks and agoraphobia for 10 years. I'm looking for penpals who are around the same age and who have, or have had, similar struggles. I don't have too many friends due to rarely leaving the house and the ones I do have don't really understand what it's like to feel so anxious all the time.
