Rash worries

For the past month or so I've had a rash that comes and goes at different times of day, its very small and comes out in patches, i haven't gone to the doctors as its been over a month or two so can't be viral and must be allergies or dermatologic ,
Tonight however its particularly bad and i'm once again worried it will spread or cause a fever so bad i die.

I really don't know what to do to calm myself down and whether its worth going to the doctors as i'm going up country this weekend, or whether its wroth waiting till then

It sounds like it could be allergies. I would take an antihistamine every day for a week and see how that goes. If no better then go to the docs x
