Pregnant - i need tips and advice please

Taken another test today amd says I'm 3 weeks. I have mixed feelings, initial excitement but I still have my a
slightly severe HA so this worries me.

    Also, what should I expect?

read online to contact midwife around 8 week mark? I had MC last year at 3 weeks so I'm not telling people, just my OH.

You need to read: What to Expect When You're Expecting. Great book.

    Here's the link as well: https://www.amazon.co.uk/What-Expect-When-Youre-Expecting/dp/1471147525/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1515469071&sr=1-1&keywords=what+to+expect+when+you%27re+expectin g

    Contact midwife during 2nd trimester.

    Reb,

This is an ideal time to sort something out in regards to a regular surgery. If you have the baby they will need that stability and better someone who knows their patients than walk-ins.

    Thank you.

I'm too busy worrying about current HA concern to be so overjoyed

Questions: Can I drink coffee? What can't I eat?

I am 32 weeks pregnant. I regularly visit BabyCenter.Com - I think they have a UK version too. It is a solid resource with all you need to know. You should speak with a doctor for their recommendations about what you can/can't have, as all doctors are a little different. Mine says 1 cup of caffeinated coffee (under 12 oz) is okay a day.

But you should get in to see a doctor, as I don't know if you are on any medications or anything else that might need to be changed due to the pregnancy. You also should start prenatal vitamins right away - the folic acid is very important to the baby's development.

But babycenter, thebump.com, the "what to expect" website can all help you.
