Psychologist or Psychiatrist?

I am having some huge issues with my fear of flying and I am just overall a very anxious person. I think it is time to get some real help but I wasn't sure if I should see a psychologist or psychiatrist. Who would you recommend for phobias and just other anxiety issues?

Psychiatrists are medical doctors who diagnose your medical mental health disorder and prescribe drugs such as anti depressants. Psychologists find our why you have anxieties and look at your faulty thinking and try and change it, they don't prescribe drugs and aren't medical doctors. It depends on what you are looking for.
