Fear of Death after a Death

What's the best way to cope and get over the fear of dying after a family member has recently died?

I was just beginning to get over it and not worry and now its hit hard all over again.

It's taken me a long time and a lot of counseling about acceptance. I also have OCD so anything I don't have control over makes me very anxious and death is a biggie. But acceptance that this is something that will happen to everybody someday took me a long time to grapple with. I still sometimes struggle with it.
