Long time lurker, first time poster

Hi all!

It's great to know there is a support forum for people with anxiety/health anxiety. Among other mental health issues, I've been particularly suffering with health anxiety since about...2016? I've been lurking on this site since that time, reading the posts you all have made, feeling reassured and not alone and that so many other people deal with something that makes me feel so crazy. I was managing it well in the second half of last year, but it seems I've had a flare-up recently and I've decided to actually join this time!

I hope I can offer support to all of you as well!

Me too I have been coming on to this forum for around a year and just registered today it’s great to see how supportive everyone is.
