    Monosodium Glutamate (MSG)

To be helpful to my family, I ate a pie I didn't want last night.

I then had over 1000 PVCs over the next 7 hours, 20 times worse than my worst day ever before.

They started within minutes of eating the pie. Turns out it had the infamous monosodium glutamate in it. Nothing I eat normally has this in it as far as I know. The other ingredients were pretty standard stuff.

Had pretty much no PVCs before the pie. Had pretty much no PVCs today.

Now, this might just be coincidence, but it's one hell of a coincidence.

I thought I better mention this in case some of you here get random and much more severe attacks of palpitations after eating. Check the ingredients for suspects.

It's an ingrédient I've banned from my food. It's likely an A-fib trigger.
