Hi, I have been taking 20 mg escitalopram and 30 mg mirtazapine daily for almost 4 months. Today my doctor decided to put me off escitalopram as it is not working. My anxiety got worse after I increased the escitalopram from 10 mg to 20 mg. She told me to taper down escitalopram and add pregabalin (50 mgx3 times). Has anyone else taken pregabalin and mirtazapine with escitalopram / while coming off escitalopram? My doctor told me it would be ok to take the 3 medications but I am anxious about it.
