    Getting chest pains and now I'm scared to workout

    Does anyone else get unexplained chest pains? It's happened to me the past week when I'm working out and it's been really really freaking me out.

    Hey... I have experienced chest pain once after a workout. One of my friends told me that I had costochondritis, chest pain that may cause due to heavy exercise.
