Can a virus just be nausea, fatigue and dizziness?

I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced a bug/virus/flu that has lasted 3 weeks or more? But also only has the following symptoms:

Light headedness
Waves of nausea
Worse nausea after eating
Extreme fatigue
Muscle aches

I know something isn't right and it must be a bug but I'm starting to go down anxiety panic road because it's not going away. And it's not really coming to anything either! I find it hard to differentiate between anxiety and actually a virus because I know the symptoms are similar.

So if anyone has experienced this and gotten better let me know! Thank you

I've had these symptoms. I've chalked it up to anxiety. My muscles feel like they're gna fail so sore. But you're extra tense when you're anxious hence the muscle fatigue.

ive felt like this for the last week and it kicked of my anxiety! Very frustrating. now see there few who had the same it seems indeed it is a virus going around
