Do you get Chills?

I get chills all the time. Never thought anything of it until now. I have been getting them the past few weeks and I check my temp every time and its normal.

Are they really "chills" if I don't have a fever? Its like I'm literally shivering. My body feels like its vibrating. I do sometimes get shaky when I am having anxiety but I am not really having any tonight but I'm still shivery and cold.

Its 70 degrees in my house, which is what its always set on but I feel way colder than normal.

YES! This has been happening to me the last couple of weeks. Happened yesterday actually. I was getting ready to head to a yearly check up at my gynecologist office. I think it was anxiety or something because I was absolutely freezing when it was in the mid 70s yesterday. I had myself wrapped in my blanket practically shivering. I checked my temp and it was normal. I thought, "could this be anxiety?"
