Exclamation So it's not MS but now really struggling again...

I've posted here a lot over the last 6 years mainly about my fear of MS. Well I finally saw a 2nd neurologist and had an MRI and thankfully it was clear! Hurray! (Just goes to show you can pretty much have a LOT of symptoms of a disease and not have the disease!)

I was doing great and symptom free since last May and then about 3 weeks ago I started getting dizziness, nausea and fatigue. Accompanied by to tingling and slight numbness in my pinky fingers and brain fog.

There is a huge amount of bugs going round at the moment so my logical brain says not to panic it's just a bug. (I had almost 4 weeks of dizziness, fatigue and nausea last September that went away too) and a few other people have told me they've got similar things.

But I have just enough weird feeling symptoms and it's lasting long enough for me to start panicking again and lo and behold the health anxiety cycle has began. I've started googling and Dr Google has now concluded I have lymes disease. Because it fits with my symptoms coming and going and I've had loads of tick bites living in Scotland. I've had the regular NHS test and it came back negative but obviously health anxiety brain combined with Google doesn't trust that.

My question is can a virus just be benign weird long lasting symptoms? Will I ever feel better again?
Does it sound like lymes disease? Or post virus fatigue?? And how can I get out of this loop??

I just want my energy back and with an 18 month old to look after I am looking my sh*t about this.

Thank you if you have gotten this far! And thank you in advance for any replies! <3

Why not just add this to your previous thread? I believe you answered you own question too concerning the nasty bugs going around

Please read the below post from Admin. You are posting about a lot of different things frequently. Perhaps start a thread where you can keep all of your worries in one place.

Can posters, especially those who are posting a lot about a variety of fears please confine their posts to one thread.

This helps others to build up a clear picture of what is happening and makes it easier to offer suitable advice.

You may not see the pattern but usually it is there, especially if you are posting frequently about different things.

Due to technical problems it is proving difficult to merge posts so for the moment any posts that we feel should be on a previous thread will be closed, allowing you the opportunity to re-post on your existing thread.

Your co-operation with this would be greatly appreciated.
