scared of my breasts

At the end of Jan I had a mammogram because I had been having pain in my left breast. IT showed that my right breast was normal but my left had calcifications. Now I'm terrified of my right breast. I have pain in it and I keep checking it to see if there have been any changes. I think it looks bigger but it's not swollen or red or rashy.

I was just there. They said it was normal. Why am I so worried.

Same with me. I had a mammogram and an ultrasound last month. I'm scared of my breasts too. Although I don't have any calcifications. Only a 0.03cm water cyst on my right breast and have been told I have dense breasts.

Same here.

It's awful to be absolutely terrified of a functioning and healthy part of your body - like they could explode at any minute. Mine have even donated (between two kids) almost 20,000 ounces of breastmilk to needy babies and still I think they're going to go "bad" on me at any moment.

I've had loads of ultrasounds during the past 2 years checking out various "lumps"/"bumps" and all I've ever had are cysts. I'm even scared to get pregnant again in case that triggers BC.
