Does anyone else get symptoms of a cold before and during the beginning of your period? This has been freaking me out off and on, more lately likely due to the flu being so bad in the states right now. However, it's really disconcerting to wake up stuffy and feel stuffy during the day and then get an off and on sore throat, even a slight cough before one's period. It usually buggers off by the second day, however, despite this being something I've been experiencing for the last year, it still bothers me and sends my anxiety up.
