Weird Muffled Sound Right Ear and Ringing in ear

What could this be?

So i'm new here, originally used the Reddit Health Anxiety sub but wanted to give this a shot.


Whenever i, put "pressure" on my ear drum(?) *Do the bubble cheek thing i guess?* i get this quick muffled sound. It's really hard to explain. It doesn't happen with my left ear, but does happen with my right. Sometimes in waves my right ear hurts, but goes away after a bit. Also some headaches but might be the anxiety i think?

I also do get this random ringing in my ear, always my right. If it helps a couple days ago i got myself drunk and went into a quiet bathroom, my ringing became pretty intense in there.

When it comes, it's loud but kinda quickly gets more quiet and quiet until it's gone.

If it matters i'm a 17 year old male.

Edit: And i do listen to loud music, like metal, rock ect.

That happened to me once, it started after my earbuds wire got stuck on a door knob and ripped the earbud out of my ear. You have to stop putting pressure on it. Took a month to go away.

Anything else it could be? Too much earwax? Too loud music?

Could be loud music too. I think anything loud causes ringing in the ears
