Hello. Sorry for bringing up this unpleasant topic, but I gotta ask
I read that it's more alarming when the blood is mixed with your stool instead of being on it. Now, let's say there's blood in your stool, like if there's an internal bleeding or something, would the whole stool be dark?
I do have internal hemmies for years, but the past few days I have found blood during BM twice. I don't think I was constipating, hence the worry. The first time, the blood was kinda maroonish, and it's not "in" the bm and there's only a very small amount so I'm not that wary about it. However today I had two dark spots which I admit I didn't bother to check (and now I'm regretting it!) but 95% of the bm was normal color. If it's internal bleeding like an ulcer or whatnot, would that happen partially like that? My BM was a bit loose but not diarrhea by all means. Just not solid like a banana - the ideal shape lol.
Thank you.
