Constant stomach ache

I've got constant stomach ache all over. And dull ache under right rib area. I've also got an abdominal mass which I'm awaiting a general surgery consultation for as nothing seen on 2 ultrasounds.

I suffer from constipation but not diarrhoea. When I get up in the night (with baby) it's really bad stomach ache. Just a constant dull ache all over abdomen.

It's making me miserable. I'm wondering if in lactose intolerant but it's not any worse after eating cereal or drinking tea etc.

Anyone relate?

Have you been tested for gullstones?
I can relate to the constant stomach ache, mine is mainly upper aches but I know how miserable it is.
You could also consider a food diary whilst you are waiting for an appointment, might help a bit?
