My cousin had a CT scan last week for constant headaches. They have been going on for 3 months. He phoned for his results today and the receptionist said he had to make an appointment with the doctor to get them. Now I am freaking out they've found something really bad.

Standard procedure here too. They never give.results over the phome
My GP has receptionists give some simple results but they can't read them all. I had one last fortnight that the receptionist couldn't read and then even the go said he couldn't access as I wasn't his patient and I had to see my doctor.?i was convinced of bad news but it was all fine.
