    Just had an xray ?

Hey guys, so I am 18 year old worried about having lymph node cancer. My GP told me I am probably fine, but recommended me to a chest x ray and stomach us just in case. So I had both, got the ultrasound results immedietaly, but after the chest xray, they sent me right away, saying they will send the results to my gp. I knocked on the door, and asked them if they could at least tell me if my results are ok, and they said they dont know. How I am I supposed to interpred this ? They found something wrong but dont want to tell me, or cant decide what it is ? Are they not qualified enough to say what is and what is not wrong. Or does it take a while to interpret ? I mean, to me it sounds simple, you look on the photo and see i it is ok or not...So yeah, I wonder if I should be worried or not....Thx.

Radiographers are not qualified/not allowed to give you the results.

It is normal practice to send the results to your GP after someone has looked at the X-rays.
