    Thank you PK x
I can't believe it's been nearly a year since you lost your mum. Sorry to hear you've been struggling.

Thank you PK. Here’s a hug for you Anniversaries are always very difficult to deal with, particularly ‘the firsts’

I’ve also been thinking of Terry, Mrs.C. I hope he’s ok.

    How is everyone?

Ive got a tension headache, it could be stress related or due to pressure changes in the atmosphere, or likely both. I have my interview this afternoon and I do have moments where I feel more confident and fine, but overall I’m very nervous. We are also expecting several rounds of severe weather this weekend, which is probably messing with me too. Just have to take it all step by step.

Of course you’re nervous, anyone would be going into an interview. Deep breaths.

Thats a good strategy, one step at a time. Deal with the here and now.

Good luck Poppy, you won’t need it though, you will nail it.

Good luck poppy. You'll feel less of that tension once you've got that interview over with. It's only natural to feel that way. And yes, the headache could be a combination of tension and weather atmosphere.
