You're right, the eclipse seemed to pass pretty much unnoticed here in Blighty.

For some strange reason ISTR the 1999 eclipse also passing unnoticed, at least here in the Midlands, though I think it may have been more prominent in the South of England.

I do vaguely remember another solar eclipse in March 2015, though again it only seemed to have a very modest impact here in the Midlands, and nothing to get mega over-excited about, despite all the relentless media hype during the run-up to it.

The 1999 one was definitely a thing in London, I was working there at the time.

I think I remember that too Blueiris

    Change of subject....

Anyone get foamy urine. Pee isn't dark but not clear and no smell but lots of foam.
I've never noticed this before. But then again it's normally covered with toilet paper.
Most of the time my pee is light yellow and occasionally clear.
    Just worrying about this foam.

Please don't worry, it's perfectly natural - I get it a lot. I think it can be exacerbated by both our natural secretions and the toilet cleaners we use.

    Thanks BlueIris.
Actually after that I had two perfectly clear pees.
I was just so taken aback by all the froth /foam.

    How are you today?

Thank you Mrs.C. I’m getting there. Still have moments of disbelief but I’m definately getting on. The funeral was last Friday and now the legal forms and stuff are flying here and there. It’s awful that at a time when you want to be left in peace, is just the time when you are most hassled.

It will sort itself out eventually, quotes Mr.D…..Hes right, it will. I just have to tell anxiety to stop telling me otherwise.
