In terms of the tooth she's sticking to soft foods as it's still sensitive. I suspect that this will drag on as her pain receptors have been switched on and she'll be anticipating the worst.
I hope your tooth is still behaving xx

I'm doing the same pulisa. So far the tooth is stable.
Apparently a bit of cheese takes any acidity that my attach itself to the teeth. Worth knowing.
Also discovered I can eat fish fingers
I hope daughter can still enjoy her food. xx
I didn’t know that about the cheese…it’s worth knowing as you say.
I had a fish finger sandwich for lunch

Yesterday, early evening I had a panic attack.
And of course you don't think it's a PA at the time, you think it's something much more serious. I don't want to give details incase it triggers anyone. I dealt with it and an hour later I was cooking the dinner and carrying on as usual.
I don't even want to know the reason because I don't think that helps. It's best to get back to normality as soon as possible. Although I'm not damping down a PA at all. Horrid things that frighten the life out of you.
I find listening to a calming App very comforting, sipping some water, breathing in and out slowly, looking around to take away that tunnel vision, blowing out imaginary candles, scrunching up the muscles and letting go and eating something. You just have to remember it will pass.
I think it's sensible not to want to analyse why it happened because it's not helpful as you say. It just gives it significance which isn't warranted and just adds to the fear factor. Well done for getting back to normal as soon as you could xx
Thanks pulisa x that was my way of thinking
You did well Carnation, you are a very wise woman.
And it will pass, they always do. Well done Carnation on a measured and logical reaction.

Thank you fishman and catkins x
It’s the only way, no post-mortems. It just drives them further into your head when they need to float away.
You did well, I wish I could do as good. Remembering they pass is the hardest thing. But we all have 100% success rate in getting through them.
