They are so good C! I love doing them, but my mind being as it is I have to work hard on not being critical of my abilities and just enjoy the process.
Ahh, a perfectionist! I know what that's like.
I made about 12, threw the other nine in the bin, lol.
😁😁😁
It's been very windy my way to day and we've not got to the peak yet. My cat's eyes are like saucers. I know it's nature doing its thing but it sure doesn't help my anxiety.
I've bolted and put away anything in the garden that could potentially fly. Nothing worse than being in bed at night hearing things move about.
I'm sorry these storms are with us..I know they are a real trigger for you.
It's going to be bad in the south on Friday so I must make sure the torch batteries are still working and the mobile is fully charged. Hopefully it won't be as bad as predicted but best to be prepared.
Thanks Pulisa x
I’ve just finished a crossword, about to watch a film, then I’ll snuggle up with my cat.
I still have a few fairy lights up left up from Christmas in case of a power cut. It’s something I leave up all year as a just in case. One thing about anxiety is we prep for certain situations.
Indeed we do!! The plague of locusts won't stand a chance!
What a day! So pleased I rescheduled my new fridge freezer to come next week. Not only were there gail force winds to contend with, my food delivery was cancelled (which was understandable), but when I was told either to go and collect or receive it Monday, my stomach turned. Not only had I been running down the freezer, I’d not been out to stock up on milk and bread. Of course I was concerned for drivers being out on the road but was quite taken a back when a certain supermarket expected me to go out in the storm. 3 days of waiting for a delivery was my worst nightmare so after a lot of searching I’ve managed to schedule a delivery for tomorrow with a different supermarket.
My Anxiety loved today but I didn’t.
Oh, I don't know Carnation. I do understand how anxiety would put a bump in the road concerning shopping in public during these times, but many (including me), can't or won't spend the extra $$$ to have their shopping delivered. Besides, how detrimental would it be, in the big picture, if your were out of bread and milk for a day or two?
Somehow, I think you'd survive
