Could it be related to something he's watched on TV Darksky? Or a book he's reading? Or maybe it's a sub conscious fantasy?

Thank god its cooled down. The evening was the worst. 31c and by the coast. Mr C looked like Onslo from Keeping up Appearances and I was hanging around the fridge/freezer for most of the day. Too damn hot!

Mr.D hasn’t picked up a book in decades and his TV viewing is excruciatingly boring.

As to the fantasy, he’s way too down to earth. Now me..well I’d say yes, I’ve got a permanent Tolkienesque fantasy running in my head
Ive no idea what he’s up to. I reckon he’s got world domination planned. Maybe now’s the time to pick sides Mrs.C

Its a good 15 degrees lower today, absolute bliss. He’s put his jeans back on today thank God…the shorts were dragged from the back of the wardrobe yesterday

It's been belting down today here in the Midlands.

A bit of respite from the overkill of the past few days.

But on the other hand I wouldn't really want a repeat of the wet summers of 2007 and 2012.

Thunderstorm last night. Thankfully taken the humidity down. My fear of storms I now see as a grateful release to uncomfortable heat. Still don't like the lightening though.

Lightening is scary Mrs.C. I’m always worried what it’s going to hit

dare I say it’s quite chilly here today….not that I’m complaining. Been digging over some soil. I was forced to buy 3 more plants yesterday, so I had to find somewhere for them to go.

Pardon the pun, but the clouds do literally have a silver lining in this instance!

Lol, that's a good one Lencoboy.

Darksky, I'm staying away from the garden centre until the last knockings when they sell off the last bits reduced.

I've been a bit down today. A couple of shops I went in yesterday were a bit rude / off. I really shouldn't let it bother me but it does. And when I think about it a lot of the people I meet are the same. Stoney faced, firm and rude. No wonder I can't be bothered to socialise anymore.

Last night my dream was packing to go on holiday. Lol, that really is a dream. Sounds pretty normal for a dream but I was packing everything! I had big containers, chest like and I was ramming everything in them, clothes, bedding, even cushions Darksky.
Then on my departure everything got left behind.
I remember thinking all that work for nothing and I can't even remember where I was going. So exhausting!

I think assistants are more surly than they used to be however I can’t blame them, dealing with Joe Public. I’ve seen appalling behaviour by customers. Some don’t raise their eyes from their phones and just chuck money over. Same at the Doctors. I sit there thinking, my, those receptionists are rude, obviously in the wrong job but then someone comes in shouting the odds because they can’t book an appointment and have to ring to do so. It must be soul destroying dealing with bad tempered, rude, aggressive people all day. Then you get the nice folks like us and we cop it for the crap they’ve dealt with beforehand.

Dont give up on smiling at people Mrs.C, if they don’t smile back that’s their problem not yours. Being nice and friendly is a gift and you never know you might make their day. There was a woman in the supermarket with what I call mermaid hair. Blue, grey shading into green. It was lovely so I marched over and told her so. Mr.D was mortified, sort of will you stop talking to strangers but I left her with the biggest smile on her face. Spreading the love is good for anxiety too.

That dream sounds more like a house move rather than a holiday lol. Though I doubt you want to go through that again so soon. Maybe you have a decorating itch that needs a scratch.
Last night Mr.D dreamed he was in the doctors with Prince Charles. You two need to compare notes and see if you can out-weird each other.
