Well you shouldn’t go off and leave us unsupervised Mrs. C

Now I thought it was magpies that did the nest raiding. They seem to lurk around the nests of little birds. I remember one year they were bothering the nest of blackbirds. The blackbirds spent their time chasing them off…I did my bit as well

Catkin, I'm trying my best to rewire those bad thoughts when I feel panicky or anxious. I think it takes a while to sink in. Going around in a subconscious state doesn't help especially when doing mundane daily chores because we tend to switch off and become somewhat robotic. So I try to change my days around a bit otherwise I'll find myself trying to put honey on my toast instead of a spoon like I nearly did a few days ago.
