I doubt it catkins, they are building a bungalow.

Oh heck!
I know catkins. Hopefully I'll get used to the noise and use meditation to block it out.
The heat today caused me to have a bit of a panic attack.
It's so humid and hot, not a breeze, not a flicker of movement. I wasn't in the beat place beforehand because I'm still ruminating over my tummy and the other health issue. Sometimes there's no escape from the thinking, I go with it and carry on then a split second of 'fear' and its spiralling.
One tip is to just keep telling yourself "this will pass", "this will pass", "this will pass".
I find the heat definitely doesn’t help anxiety, makes you just feel all yucky and out of it. Luckily my boyfriend has an ac in his room so we can get it pretty cool. I’m having tummy issues again today from anxiety I think. Feel all sick and bloated it really is annoying.
The stomach is known as the 2nd brain so its no wonder it kicks off thoughts kitkat.
Yes I have heard that, I have been doing some research lately into foods that increase serotonin. Bananas, eggs, salmon, turkey, cheese etc…trying to eat a bit healthier because I have been living on junk food.
Just feels like I’m really hungry currently but eating doesn’t get rid of it.
Gosh, those people are going to be popular when they move in. The trees and now the noise
It’s a cruel beast that you feed…..
Ghost…Spillways
Darksky, they are living there!
They bought a bungalow and using the garden to build same size again leaving no garden at all. That's why they wanted rid of the trees.
Why they didn't buy a bigger bungalow to begin fathoms me. It took the people across the road 2 years to just add a conservatory and convert the garage, so goodness knows how long these people will be at it. And they are in their 70s!
Kitkat the hunger feeling could be trapped wind, I get that.
But its good to eat regularly and healthily.
It's been terribly hot up here today, I had to sit in a hot meeting all day with no fans or aircon (not that we generally need it up here). I really struggled and I'm very glad to be back home in front of a fan.
