citalopram- changed dosage

I have been taken citalopram 10mg for about a month ...got quite a few side effects but yesterday I uped my dose to 20mg (after going to the doctors) I now have a horrible pain in my leg and feeling sick but didn’t have this for just taking 10mg...is this normal even though I’ve been taking it for one month

I get sick when i increase my dose of meds. It's normal
