Anxiety now making me really ill...

Hi all,

So you may have seen another thread about how I'm starting a new business venture.

I'm pretty used to new things and 'fighting through the fear' but this one has left me on my knees. I'm getting palpitations, cluster headaches, sickness, shakes and sweating, poor sleep... How on earth do you calm this in order to see ahead? I've already had to cancel my first weeks worth of clients to just get my head together.

I start again on Tuesday and need to try and keep my calm somehow. I'm doing Headspace meditations every day and work out every day anyway. I've also gone to Decaff coffee. Its scaring the hell out of me; feeling this sick.

Anyone else relate to a sudden burst of anxiety that is worse than ever?

im going though the same thing right now and am waiting to see my therapist just keep doing bresthing exercises and try to stay positive its difficult but remeber it will pass and things will get better
