Increased dosage

Hi guys,

I’ve recently upped my dosage MYSELF as I was really struggling I was having 50mg once a day. But the last few days I’ve been having 50mg on a evening aswell to settle my anxiety.

I know I should have consulted my DR first but am I okay to carry on with 2 tablets a day at the moment?

Can't prescribe for you but if the 100mg is working for you, talk to your Doc about what your doing and I am pretty sure they will give their blessings. Call them so they can update your charts though. I currently take 100mg a day (one in the morning and one in the evening) and it seems to help more than the 50mg also.

I’ve been on it nearly 3 months
