Night anxiety
Does anybody get night anxiety? I can be fine during the day and at night panic and feel all spaced out. I get like tension round the side of my head too..
Sometimes deja vu or feeling like I’m living in a time travel world where I’ve done stuff before.
When I panic I feel all weak and spaced then it passes and it’s like depersonalisation.
