    Pregablin Increase

Hi I've recently increased from 150mg to 300mg for my anxiety as it's not touched it really. I was wondering how long it'll take for me to see a difference potentially? It's day 3 today.

    Thank you

    Em

    Re: Pregablin Increase

H Emmie Lou - Sometimes the effect is immediate, for other people it can be over a week. The med is doing some of the lifting, but combined with something like CBT, it is more likely to be effective. Nevertheless, if you are going past two - three weeks and still no effect, it's probably time to start thinking about an increase or combination with another med. Some previous posters have said that they didn't feel anything much until they got up to around 450 mg daily.

Thanks so much for your reply. I feel my anxiety has decreased a little but feel 450 may be a better dose for me. Thanks for your advice. I'll see where I'm at in a week.

Re: Pregablin Increase - Emmielou- did it work?

I am on Mirtazapine, Quetiapine and an increased dose of Pregabalin (day 4) and I feel terrible. Should I persevere?
