My Review went well !!

Hi

Just thought i would share my success with you today as im realy pleased with the progress i have made.

This Morning i had my 3 monthly review with my OT and Community Carer to discuss my progress. I had to score myself between 1 and 20, 1 been the lowest score. Today i scored myself 15! its the highest score i have had since suffering with Agorophobia so im well pleased my next plan of action is to concur bus journeys which will make me more independent and be able to travel on my own.
Im starting CBT group therapy again on Friday hoping the therapy will help with my problem of bus journeys.

Its been a long hard road but im just about there!

I think we all knew what amazing progress you were making, but didn't always shout out about that.

Its funny you should mention the holiday, my OT said exactly the same thing.lol I do hope your premenition comes true, that would just be the icing on the cake!!
