Valerian root

Hi,

Anyone tried this? I’ve bought a packet of capsules and have only taken two but not noticed much. Think you have to take it regularly.

I’m also on an antidepressant and antipsychotic

you can not take Valerian If you are on an SSRI antidepressant.

So if the anti d you are taking an SSRI then don't take the valerian

Also I think Valerian and antipsychotic's are a no go as well.... sorry
