CT Angiogram with dye - v anxious as no veins !!

Today is the day & my anxiety is through the roof. I woke in the night & my pulse was 125bpm !! Its been doing that to me lately & my resting pulse which has always been about 64 ppm has been gradually going up over the past few weeks & is now 71bpm. I'm obviously attributing all of this to the abnormal lump on my heart. I am terrified about the ct angiogram & having a reaction to the dye & thats if they can get the canula in !! I'm also v frightened of what the lump is. I almost feel like cancelling the procedure & just hiding in bed.Sorry for the rant but I am really scared & have other stuff going on as well. xx
